This project, led by the Rovira brothers, wouldn't make any sense without the strong link between the cuisine and the land, because for them, gastronomy and agriculture are inseparable. The cuisine, with chefs such as Oriol Rovira, is local, with produce as the backbone. The business is based on the farming and livestock from the old Cal Rovira farm, which is still running and has given rise to a closed circle: the kitchen serves whatever the family produces, whether it be from the vegetable garden, the farm, the forest... they even bred and continue to breed pigs.
