Cal Blay Vinticinc is in a Modernist building (dating back to 1905) among the Penedes vineyards, an ideal place to try the suggestions from the updated Catalan cuisine, accompanied by the best local wines. It is traditional cuisine adapted to the new cutting-edge lines from Felix Aranda. His creations include the sardine cake with grilled vegetables and grapes and the lentil caviar with shavings of foie. The desserts are home-made and include the delicious 21st century Catalan cream, a reinterpretation of this traditional recipe.
