Capritx

El Restaurant Capritx is an evolution of the fonda opened in Terrassa in 1952 by the grandparents of its young chef Artur Martínez. All that remains of that modest beginning today is the size of the premises, with five tables and space for 14 people, as the rest has changed radically. Today, Capritx is an exclusive gastro-temple with extremely personalised creative cuisine based on seasonal, local, organic produce, even growing some of it themselves. The project has been blessed with a Michelin star. Artur is also an active defender of Western Valley gastronomy and aims to dignify daily food by taking it to extremes with undreamed-of performance.
