This restaurant first opened in 2008 in Sant Fruitós de Bages as part of the Món Sant Benet cultural, tourism and leisure project. It later moved to the first floor of the Hotel Cram in Barcelona, in the Esquerra de l'Eixample district of the city in 2013. Tradition combines with modernity here, with good quality, fresh, seasonal market products served in tasting menus or à la carte. Proudly possessing a Michelin Star, delicious gourmet specialities can be enjoyed such as scallops with celery, orange and soya macaroni with ponzu sauce, baked loin of monkfish with Palamós prawns, textures of picada sauce, stewed monkfish skin with romesco sauce, and fresh melon soup with lime and kefir.
