José Gabriel González - chef and manager - and his team run a kitchen that combines tradition with innovation. Each dish is carefully crafted, highlighting the textures and flavours. The exclusive menu includes dishes such as foie gras Ferrero Rocher , caramelized almonds, chocolate covered in gold dust; lobster, beans and coral sauce salad, and battered monkfish with romesco sauce and cream of calçot onions. They also play host to a select wine list to accompany each one of the dishes available.
