The Codorníu winery, a Modernist jewel, were built by Josep Puig i Cadafalch, a contemporary of Gaudí. The winery consists of various buildings designated as Historical and Artistic Heritage sites in 1976, as well as magnificent gardens.
Enjoy a Catalan breakfast: toasted bread with a tomato spread and seasoned with olive oil, cava for the adults, and sausages and must (freshly pressed grape juice) for the young ones.
