Paradís Can Amat

The Paradis Can Amat estate in Sant Esteve Sesrovires comprises over forty hectares of gardens just twenty minutes from the city of Barcelona. Among the restaurant's specialities, all dishes are based on fish and include mushrooms when the season comes around. For wild mushrooms and for many other meals, such as rice or calçots (roast green onions), they organise gastro-campaigns where these products take centre stage in different recipes. They also have a long wine menu for the products stored in a magnificent cellar to go with the wide selection of dishes.
