El Jou

The backbone of the cuisine at El Jou is the regional gastronomy, which has a basis of home made dishes very much in tune with the establishment and the surroundings. Cuisine from the land, but light and modern, with dishes such as the crispy grilled vegetables with anchovies and a small walnut and black olive oil salad, and the cod snout gratin with a garlic and chickpea mousseline. Many other products, such as the black butifarra sausage and the jams, are home made, which fits in perfectly with this charming hotel.
