Camping Tres Estrellas is a first-category campsite located in Gavà, fifteen minutes' drive from Barcelona. It has large, 80-square-metre pitches, separated by hedges. The pitches are grassy, can accommodate tents and caravans and each group of five has an electricity supply point. It also offers the possibility of renting comfortable cabins for four people, modern wooden bungalows and original ecological domes made of materials from the land and located by the sea.The nearby Prehistoric Mines of Gavà are the oldest gallery mines in Europe. Excavation began 6,000 years ago with the aim of extracting variscite - a green mineral that was used to make jewellery.
