Take the opportunity to spend a day surrounded by nature, viticulture and oenology at the J. Miquel Jané winery.
First you can take a viticulture course at the foot of the vineyard. Then you'll go and see the winery, where you will taste four wines that have received international awards; during the tasting, the winemaker will explain the secrets of the wines. This activity lasts an hour and a half and, once completed, you will be given a file outlining the course that will serve as a practical guide.
After the visit, you will enjoy a grilled menu based on seasonal produce from the Penedès region, a menu with individual dishes and their own style that will undoubtedly leave a good taste in your mouth. The embers are prepared in the same building, outdoors, with branches and vines from the vineyards.
They also have an alternative menu for people with allergies, vegetarians and/or those with celiac disease, so that they can enjoy the restaurant. In this case, you must book in advance.
