Chef Xavier Franco and Anna Doñate, running the dining room, are in charge of this restaurant whose name, Saüc, alludes to a legendary plant. Their quality has made them worthy recipients of a Michelin star. In small, minimalist premises, Saüc's food is modern and creative, with personality and a menu based above all on Catalan cuisine and fresh seasonal produce. Classicism but with a fresh feel, where the chef's work comes through in each dish. The desserts are light and designed to complement a great meal.
