The prestigious chef Jordi Vilà has successfully reoriented the culinary offering of Vivanda, a small restaurant located in the district of Sarrià. The restaurant, a Bib Gourmand according to the Michelin guide, serves excellent cuisine based on tapas and dishes with the Vilà seal, which include both tradition and creativity. Dishes include: Spanish tortilla potato omelette, ham croquettes, Catalan stew with horn of plenty mushrooms, oysters from Guillardeu, tuna tartare with soy and wasabi, roasted chicken cannelloni, quail in vinaigrette or pork ribs with potatoes and green mojo sauce.
