La Pahissa de Can Abras is a 16th-century Catalan farmhouse which was recently restored to give guests all the comforts of modern life without losing the charm and simplicity of country life. It is located on a farm in the Espai d'Interès Natural Les Gavarres, surrounded by meadows, crops and forests of oaks and pines, and crossed by the Verneda stream that lends its name to the neighbourhood. It has four double bedrooms and can sleep up to nine people. There are two bathrooms, a living/dining room/kitchenette and free wireless Internet.Outside guests can enjoy a large garden with a chill-out area, table tennis and a children's playground with a sandpit. There is also a farm guests can visit, and pets are welcome. The farmhouse is in a natural setting that invites tranquillity and relaxation, and is close to the main tourist centres of the Costa Brava and Girona.
