Can Gustems farmhouse, where you will find the Sumoll restaurant, lies on the way out of Granada towards Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. They offer fusion cuisine with suggestive and creative dishes. The menu includes crunchy foie gras caramel with fig confit; ostrich carpaccio; strawberry gazpacho; cantaloupe with Tahitian vanilla oil; roast aubergine with duck confit; caramelised onions and foie gras mousse; arròs negre; giant spinach and ricotta ravioli; lobster rice soup; confit suckling pig with cane molasses, beer and triple cooked apples, and confit of cod with Santa Pau beans and spinach, raisin and pine nut sautée. Amongst the desserts, you can choose from cottage cheese, honey and caramelised muesli mille-feuille; crunchy tiramisu and coffee ice cream, and the sundae with floral aromas, rosemary foam and lavender. The wine list combines both national and overseas products, cavas and champagnes. Plus, they have their very own wine cellar where they bottle up the Castell de Mirall brand. They also have a daily menu, the seasonal menu, weekend specials, a tasting menu and a kids menu. They also organise specific days devoted to certain products. You can buy their products in the ground floor shop. They also organise guided tours of the wine cellar, sampling sessions, and cooking classes.
