Mas del Bou

Sant Pere Sallavinera is a charming village of fewer than 200 inhabitants located between Igualada and Calaf, in the region of Anoia. The house, dating from the 18th century, was once an inn where travellers and mule drivers stopped en route from Manresa to Lleida. The area is also known for farming activities such as cereals, wine and livestock.Available sports in the area include hiking and routes on quad bile, bike and horse. Other activities include seasonal mushroom picking and visits to the area's castles and megalithic tombs. Just a few kilometres away is the Pujalt meteorological observatory, where adults and children are encouraged to take part in meteorology and astronomy workshops. At Christmas time the local villages organise representations of living Nativity Scenes.
