Can Vallés serves high-quality cuisine, which makes it impossible to find a table without a prior reservation. The chef, Josep Álvarez, and the dining room manager, Pedro González, have been the people responsible for updating this establishment which was first opened as a cellar in the 1960s. Today, they are committed to updating traditional dishes, but also to creating new dishes, such as the espardenyes with eggs and ceps, chickpeas with lobster, or three-cheese risotto. Good ingredients and an extensive dessert menu and wine list complete this offering of market-fresh Mediterranean cuisine.
