El Baiés

The Montseny can be considered universal heritage. Hereguests can find a mosaic of Mediterranean and Central European landscapes next to large conurbations. El Baiés is an old country house that dates back to Romanesque times. The country house consists of two separate lodgings and guests can enjoy the permanent exhibition by Joan Masnou, the owner of the house and artist.In the area surrounding the house is the Vall de Sant Marcal, from where a route can be started through El Gorg de les Dones d'Aigua, La Font de les Naiades, El Sot Mal, where an impressive beech forest can be found, La Baga del Puig, home to a chestnut grove, before reaching La Font Bona and Sant Marcal at the end of the route.
