The cuisine focuses on market produce, such as wild mushrooms, peas, beans, fish and seafood. The menu includes a large selection of starters, such as the anchovy confit stuffed with grilled vegetable mouse and fried garlic. The main course has new versions of classics, such as the romescada fish dish, the baked grouper with potatoes and rossinyols wild mushrooms, and the delicious surf & turf. For dessert, a chunky slice of fresh blackened pineapple with a citrus sorbet or a tasty mascarpone ice cream with figs.
