Features of traditional cuisine are mixed with other more creative ideas, such as mushroom salad and duck foie gras; cannelloni with mushrooms, foie gras and truffles; calçot onion pie with shrimp or crispy nest with tomato conserve, gorgonzola and foie gras. Among a long list of options, there's also a wide selection of salads with stew, dried tomatoes, pine nuts and Parmesan, and vinaigrette pasta. For second course, you can go for confit of cod, grilled meats, or even one of the dishes that aren't on the menu. The large selection of desserts brings with it some of the most tempting choices, such as pineapple semifreddo, or the 'domino', a dish where chocolate takes centre stage.
