Olesa de Montserrat olive oil

The olive oil from Olesa de Montserrat, also branded Oulesa, has been awarded the commercial category of Extra Virgin due to its production process: manual harvesting, a pressing period of no longer than 48 hours and refrigerated storage in stainless steel tanks to ensure that no quality is lost.This olive oil is smooth, a little sweet and recommended for consuming raw as it has a low level of acidity and a high level oleic acid, and is much more beneficial in terms of cardiovascular health. It is pressed from el Palomar or Olesana variety of olive, picked from olive trees which grown on very steep slopes.
