Brotonera cabbage

The brotonera cabbage stopped being grown because other more productive varieties came on the scene. For this reason, a project to revive the cultivation of this cabbage has recently been started in el Vallès Occidental, through a rigorous selection process. It contains many nutritional properties and stands out because of the amount of vitamin A and C it provides, as well as a high level of folic acid. It is generally eaten cooked or raw in salads.
