He is supplied with organic and natural products by small farmers in the surrounding area. In this respect, the restaurant leans towards Slow Food, Km 0 and Natural Chefs. It has three dining rooms and a terrace for outdoor lunches or dinners in the summer. One of the dining rooms boasts an open fireplace that warms the 12 diners during the colder months.
