Butifarra terregada cured sausage

Native of el Vallès Occidental district, butifarra terregada is a cured sausage which contains no additives and is made from pork, tomato, onion, almond, rancio wine, garlic, salt and black pepper. It is a typical product of Terrassa cooking dating back to the beginning of the 20th century and taking its inspiration from a dish that had almost disappeared from Terrassa cuisine. You can serve it flashed fried, on toast or with pulses.
