Mas Padrós

The ancient nature of this stone construction is reflected in the façade as well as in the common interior areas, which include a kitchen, a dining room and three further rooms destined for meetings, games and reading. The reading room features a wood stove and television. The house includes two double rooms, two triples and two shared bathrooms. During the summer months the municipal swimming pool is free for guests. The surrounding area offers walking routes suitable for families: the Bosc de Casanovas, a protected area with three century-old oak trees, and the Coves del Toll, one of the richest prehistoric cave complexes in Europe in terms of Quaternary-period fauna, which includes hippos, rhinos, cave bears, lions and ibex. Another recommended attraction is the Sant Cugat de Gavadons viewpoint, which overlooks the Plana de Vic, Montseny mountain and the eastern Pyrenees.
