Castell

A listed manor house dating back to 1650, once owned by the Marquis of Foix. During excavations that took place in 1906, several underground passages of great architectural value were uncovered. Nowadays it contains elegant rural tourist accommodation, with spacious rooms, large picture windows with magnificent views and antique furniture. The house has everything you need and boasts a beautifully well-kept garden with pergolas, a gazebo and a swimming pool. A catering service is also available if you don't fancy cooking.The accommodation is located in Torrelles de Foix, in Alt Penedès, an area renowned for producing wines and cavas, whose wine cellars are a must-see. It is also close to the lovely Cistercian monastery of Santes Creus. The local area is great for hiking, mountain biking and horse riding, among other activities.
