Casa de Colònies-Escola de Natura de Sau-Can Mateu is located in an old restored masía, surrounded by extensive farmland in the Les Guilleries natural area, with meadows, forests and impressive views of the cliffs and the Sau Reservoir. The house has a swimming pool and sports fields and is totally adapted for people with reduced mobility. All of the rooms are equipped with a full bathroom.In Can Mateu visitors can also enjoy home cooking prepared with the needs of each group in mind, as well as canoeing and mountain biking. Among the educational activities offered at the nature school, there are environmental training stays, synthesis credits, daily excursions and guided routes, some of which are adapted for disabled people.
