Fonda Neus

The Fonda Neus restaurant first lit its stoves in 1929, with great-grandmother Neus and her daughter, onto the grandmother, Teresa, mother of the current owner, Pere Carbó - married to Montserrat Carbó - who innovates small restaurant cuisine through the implementation of cava. Nowadays, the kitchen staff of this small establishment offer traditional Catalan cuisine and a mix of dishes made with essence of cava.
