The restaurant's gastronomy is based on creative seasonal cuisine including fusion cuisine combining different cultures with originals, Mediterranean dishes, and the more simplistic side of things. In addition to the à la carte service, they offer a tasting menu and, of course, a choice wine list. One of the many house specialities is rice, for example, dishes such as pigeon rice with black olives, and arròs negre and snail skewers.
