Hispània

The Rexach sisters' restaurant, in Arenys de Mar, is a benchmark in the history of traditional Catalan cuisine. They began in 1952, when their parents bought the premises where the Hispania garage used to be, and they kept the name. The menu, which received a Michelin star, is prepared with market and seasonal produce, and maintains a series of dishes that have been around for many years, cooked with all the flavour of the tradition that has been passed down from grandparents to children up until the present day.
