On the menu you will find traditional cuisine with a modern touch, for example, the cod with garlic confit and the Sitges rice. There's also 'kilometre zero' local cuisine and slow food, as well as vegetarian dishes. Everything except from the ice creams is prepared on-site. They try to deal directly with producers and use regional produce, such as malmsey and artisan cheeses. And to round off the culinary offering, the restaurant offers a choice wine list.
