Lluernari

Thisrustic restaurant opened over a decade ago. It is located in the old part of the village, in an early 20th century house that has been completely restored. Focussed on Catalan cuisine and run by a young chef, Joan Bogunyà, it offers traditional dishes and other new creations working with seasonal products. On the menu, we can choose between the squid millefeuille, rice with Bordeaux wild mushrooms, confit of cod with Idiazábal spinach, line-caught hake with black trumpet mushrooms, stir-fry of pigs' feet with ceps, loin of venison with port sauce or the wild boar stew. The desserts are highly tempting, such as the dark chocolate cake with fruit cake, the chocolate fondant or the carpaccio of Idiazábal cheese with olive oil and pepper. The wine and cava list is short but sufficient. They offer a remarkable tasting menu and can provide a private dining room and a terrace for outdoor dining in the summer.
