Tall de Conill

The history of this hotel-restaurant goes back to 1904 when Joan Saumell began running this classic village fonda located in at the time in the Plaza de Sant Jaume, in Capellades. The restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine brought right up to date using modern techniques. Amongst the star dishes Grandma's cannelloni; pigs' feet smothered in prunes and pine nuts; or the shoulders of stewed rabbit. A lifetime's work in the world of hospitality has won this restaurant institutional recognition such as the Catalonia Government Tourism Diploma in 1990 and the Medal for Tourism Merit in 1992.
