This place combines two pleasures: eating and reading. In the part downstairs, there are shelves full of books, and on the first floor there is the cafe and restaurant, where Mediterranean and vegetarian cuisine is available. It offers different menus and set dishes, all of which are light and made with natural ingredients. The menu features the melted Brie flan, the Flaubert, Hemingway and Neruda salads and the light wild mushroom cream. As for the main courses, you can choose from salmon stuffed with Edam with almond sauce, pork sirloin teriyaki brochette, oven-roasted back of lamb and Karage chicken. As a dessert, they offer the seasonal sundae, fig jam and vanilla ice cream, the yoghurt mousse with a chestnut cream and the apple aumonière.
