The name Sense Pressa is a declaration of principles that makes it clear that in this small and modest restaurant in the quiet carrer d’Enric Granados, things take their time. The experienced José Luis Díaz is the driving force behind this unpretentious restaurant and has been giving his customers a very warm welcome since October 2005. In a perfect environment for a lunch or dinner, the chef offers simply magnificent traditional and popular cuisine, with dishes that are part of our gastronomic history and enthuse the most knowledgeable gourmets in the city. Some of the dishes you can try in this restaurant are: roasted Iberian piglet, grilled Iberian pig’s trotters with truffle oil, or goose liver with port wine.
