Tresmacarrons is an elegant and welcoming restaurant in El Masnou, which has a terrace with views of the sea where you can have an aperitif or enjoy some of its dishes.The gastronomy, recognised with a Michelin star, enhances traditional Catalan cuisine by adding contemporary touches, but without creative pretensions. Miquel Aldana is at the forefront of this project. He previously worked in prestigious restaurants such as La Alkimia and Can Jubany. His menu changes according to the seasonal produce available from the sea, the mountains and the fields. You could say that he serves the El Maresme region on a plate and that rice is the prime example.
