Cal Turu

Located in the centre of Vilassar de Dalt, more than ten years ago it was a textile factory but it has now become a restaurant preserving the structure of its old industrial operations. The restaurant is dominated by a large bar hiding the grills, which provide some of the best choices on the menu, including all kinds of meat (fillets such as veal with foie gras, Argentinian steak, Irish-fed, barbecue, pig’s feet etc.). But they also offer traditional Catalan market cuisine, such as the various salads, scrambled eggs with parmesan and crispy bacon, caramelised apple mille feuille with foie gras, Llavaneres-style peas with sausage and bacon, as well as different types of cod (accompanied by alioli mousseline, onion confit and honey, romesco sauce and so on).
