They work with quality products that reach the plate full of flavour and at the right point of cooking, both with grilled meats and the more seasoned dishes. Amongst the first courses, you can choose from a wide selection of elaborate salads and carpaccios - for example, veal, salmon and cod -, in addition to fish soup, cod fritters, and the mixed escudella stew. For second course, we've got snail stuffed pig's trotter - a house speciality -, veal fillet with foie gras, roast kid goat shoulder, and chicken with dates and pineapple. If you're going for fish, you can choose between scorpion fish suquet stew, monkfish - au gratin with alioli or baked with potatoes and clams -, or the various interpretations of cod. When it's time for dessert, you must try the chocolate textures - reminiscent of a coulant but with the chef's own personal twist - the fruits of the forest coulis with frozen yoghurt, or the rice pudding and pumpkin compote filled biscuit.
