Platja de la Riera

La Riera beach, one of the four along the Pineda de Mar coast, is a little over half a kilometre long. As happens in many beaches of the Maresme district, it is separated from the town by the NII highway and the railway, so to get you it you have to pass some tunnels that give on to a seafront, which follows the town’s four beaches. It has all kinds of services, including a beach bar, and facilities for people of limited mobility. The sand is coarse and the slope to get in the water is shallow and perfectly suitable for children.
