Located in Palau de Mar, in the Barceloneta neighborhood, the new office offers a more accessible and modern service in a 150 m² space designed for everyone to access comfortably. It is organized into three main areas: Personalized assistance: Tourist advisors help visitors discover everything Catalonia has to offer. Self-service: An area with digital tourist information and reference materials, featuring over 3,000 brochures and maps, as well as an events calendar covering the entire region. Presentation space: A relaxation and reading area that can also transform into a small auditorium for presentations on Catalonia’s tourism offerings. Additionally, it also features: An exhibition space dedicated to Catalan craftsmanship, in collaboration with the Consortium of Commerce, Crafts, and Fashion. Two screens with information on events such as the Grand Tour of Catalonia and the World Region of Gastronomy 2025. A shop with products designed and made in Catalonia. Rest and reading areas: with USB outlets for charging mobile devices and free Wi-Fi.
