Manresana cabbage

Currently the production of the Manresa cabbage (a cross between Easter cabbage and savoy) is moving into organic cultivation. It is a winter product of medium proportions and a dark green colour, with multiple culinary possibilities, rich in vitamin C and with a high folic acid content. It can be served with meat or boiled with potatoes, amongst other serving suggestions.
