Mining route (from Berga)

The mining route is a way of paying a humble homage to Berguedà's mining past. As a result of the cycling tour with the same name, the route suggests a highly demanding tour linking the spirit of sacrifice inherent to cycling and its difficulty and the harsh living conditions that the mining families had to face.

The route follows the reverse tour of the short version of the miner's march and climbs six of the most significant mountain passes in the area: Coll de la Mina, Coll del Port, Coll de la Josa, Coll de la Trapa, Coll de Pradell and Coll de Fumanya.
