The outside of the building is an example of the architecture that shaped the appearance of the city in the 19th century and its restoration has tried to maintain harmony with the surrounding buildings. Inside, however, the latest trends prevail. The bold décor has not shied away from controversy. Eye-catching shapes and colours predominate in the common areas, among which are several rooms designed to offer breaks.The restaurant, awarded a Michelin star, recovers the family tradition inherited from the present owner's grandparents, who ran it as an inn towards the end of the 19th century. The atmospheric design is not incompatible with a robust cuisine whose signature dishes include turbot, cannelloni and beef tournedos, washed down with a fine wine.
