Restaurant Garbí is a family establishment open since 1976 in Castellar del Vallès that has been able to evolve to serve up food with traditional roots whilst also managing to stay up-to-date. Nowadays, it serves quality cuisine with its own personality, working with seasonal and local produce, maintaining a selection of traditional dishes and stews. They can boast outstanding creations such as fillets of sole with sea anemone sauce or DOP mongetes del ganxet beans with bacon, black and white butifarra sausages.
