The Majestic Hotel & Spa has more than successfully overcome the closure of the Drolma. Now, with Nandu Jubany onboard as gastronomic advisor, they have opened El Patio del Majestic. Jubany has set out to serve cuisine that asserts tradition, uniting regional flavours and values based on seasonal availability, always presented with a modern and innovative twist. Dishes such as house smoked salmon on blinis with caviar or chupa-chups of foie gras with white chocolate and reduction of port wine are representative of this new trend.
