Hostal Cal Fuster

Initially opened as a restaurant in 2005, this guest house with lovely rooms, a friendly service and set in peaceful surroundings started to offer accommodation services in 2008. Marcel and Estel hope guests will enjoy a pleasant gastronomic experience with them, where a delicious tasting menu with 8 dishes comes included with the accommodation plus breakfast the following day, washed down with wines from the Pla de Bages. In the kitchen, Marcel opts for local, seasonal products and gives traditional Catalan and Berguedà-region cuisine a contemporary, renewed twist. This is why the menu and tasting menus are constantly changing and evolving, in keeping with what the land produces and the seasons offer. He also likes to use mushrooms, game and products from nearby market gardens.
