Hotel Ibersol Antemare Spa

The Antemare hotel is comprised of separate building joined together by a garden and two swimming pools with their respective terraces. It is in the residential area of Sitges, only fifty metres from the beach. There is a small spa with sauna, steam bath and various individual baths with different functions: multijet with seawater, bubbles with seaweed and anti-stress with underwater massage. The name Talaso is derived from the addition of sea salt concentrate in the baths and in other treatments. These treatments cover the usual repertoire: peelings, wraps, chiromassage, chocotherapy, anti-cellulite massage, etc. There are also set programmes for specific purposes: anti-stress, weight loss and cosmetic. The latter involve different types of procedures according to the whether the person being treated is a woman or a man, because of the differences in skin and constitution between the sexes. For back pain there is a mud wrap, a Reiki or Shiatsu massage, a multijet bathing session, electrotherapy and reflexology. And for tired legs, the treatment consists of two lymphatic drainages, two cryotherapies (cold bandages) and an underwater massage for the legs. The centre also draws up personalised diets. In addition, the restaurant has a low calorie menu. You do not have to be staying in the hotel to use the spa facilities.
