Vila de Caldes

#
The Vila de Caldes hotel occupies the place of the old Solà spa resort, built in 1680, and preserves many features of the beautiful façades dating back to 1849. It was rebuilt in 1992, which makes it one of the most modern spa resorts in Catalonia. Its water comes from the public fountain in the town centre via a complex system of pipes. This spring emerges at a temperature of 74 degrees. The water is particularly suitable for rheumatic complaints, respiratory complaints and nervous disorders, and for fighting stress. Once in the hotel, the water is cooled to sixty degrees or less, according to which service it is destined for. This could be a Jacuzzi, a pool with a neck shower or a vaporarium. Apart from thermal spa treatments, in Vila de Caldes you can also enjoy various relaxing or therapeutic massages, peelings, UVA rays and other cosmetic treatments and services. If other distractions are required, with the arrival of the good weather, you can use the outdoor pool with its own solarium. You can also hire off-road bicycles all year round from the hotel and explore the Sant Llorenç del Munt mountain.
