Mas d’Osor

In the middle of Montseny, in a beautiful natural setting el Mas d'Osor is a restaurant specialising in celebrations that offers modern food made by Nandu Juvany. There are four types of menu: wedding, special, celebrations and tapas. Juvany's team works on experimental dishes ranging widely from watermelon impregnated with herby sangria; a crunchy alga nori cornet; even a foie lolly with white chocolate, among others. Let's not forget the pickled whitebait with acid apple and rhubarb; quail eggs a la cubana; and an acid cream blini with salmon caviar. They offer an interesting seasonal menu on week day lunchtimes, a tasting menu and a minimalist menu. They have a private room for groups with space for around twenty guests.
