Road cyclists with the Montserrat Mountain Range in the background

A bicycle, suitable clothing and a thirst for discovery are basically all you need in order to enjoy the myriad cycling routes in the coastal, inland and Pyrenean regions of Barcelona.

Maresme from the Sant Mateu viewpoint

Between Vallès and Maresme lies the Serralada Litoral (coastal range), a protected area between large city centres. We suggest two routes between the inland and the beach, i.e. between Vallès and Maresme, to contemplate the blue horizon.

Mounting biking in the Penedès region

Get your mountain bike or gravel bike ready, grab your helmet and water bottle and set off on an adventure. Whether you are alone or accompanied, enjoy some of the best routes in the province of Barcelona, discover the Penedès region, the famous Cavalls del Vent route or a route that will take you both to the sea and the mountains. Are you ready?
