Located in a masia dating back to 1707, the Can Vinyers restaurant rustles up an innovative gastro-offer based on top quality products. This is elaborate cuisine where its young chef Edgar González, trained at the Hoffman school, demonstrates sets of flavours and textures by redefining everyday cookery. His brother Christian runs the three independent dining rooms and takes charge of a meticulous wine list and a wide-ranging selection of whiskies and other spirits. Its wide terrace and its location within the Mola de Matadepera Golf Cllub also mean that it can organise larger events.
